Privacy Policy – JOYPH Guide

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Emails you send us: your address and message, used only to reply.
Basic server logs: standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics collected through Google Analytics (see below).
No accounts: we do not run user accounts and never ask for passwords, IDs or payment details.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides are useful — for example, pages viewed, time on page, device type and approximate location (country/city). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Third-party sites you visit through our links (including JOYPH) have their own cookie policies.

4. Legal basis and your rights

We process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to erase and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

5. Retention and security

Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. The site is served over HTTPS.

6. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. Read their policies before sharing data — especially gaming platforms that require KYC (see our verification guide).

7. Children

This site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
